Travelling on dialysis takes more planning than a standard holiday, and that is exactly what Reni handles. Think of us as your dialysis travel coordinator: tell us where and when you want to go, and we find a dialysis centre at your destination, check they can take a visiting patient on your dates, and arrange treatment around the trip. Medical travel for dialysis usually means juggling clinic slots, prescriptions, documents and timings on top of the holiday itself. We take that off your plate, and we can plan the whole holiday around it too, as much or as little as you want us to handle.
Reni is a full trip planning service for dialysis patients. We are not a clinic: your own nephrology team stays in charge of your treatment, and we only ever contact a dialysis centre with your consent. Beyond finding and coordinating dialysis centres while you are travelling, we plan the whole holiday, the flights, the hotel, the activities and the days in between, and we help you get it all booked, so you are never left to sort it out alone.

How much does the trip planning service cost?
We charge a small coordination fee for planning your trip and helping you book it. You book each part directly with the provider, so there is no package price or commission. Get in touch and we'll explain what is included for your specific trip.
How far in advance should I enquire?
For European destinations, 4–8 weeks is usually enough. For long-haul or complex itineraries, 3–6 months ahead gives the best availability.
